Hubbed Flange Rubber Joint

The rubber joint with neck flange is generally composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer (the reinforcement layer has multiple layers of squeegee nylon cord fabric), a middle rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, a reinforced metal ring or a steel wire loop at the end, and a composite rubber pipe combined with a metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve after vulcanization molding at high temperature and high pressure. Negative pressure rubber joints make use of the advantages of high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce the vibration and noise of pipelines, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.

Hubbed flange rubber joint is a compound rubber hose usually composed of inner rubber layer,fabric reinforcement layer(reinforcement layer have multilayer frictioning nylon cord fabric),middle rubber layer,outer rubber layer,top reinforce metal ring or bead ring. after vulcanization and shaped up,then combination by metal flanges or parallel lap joint flanges
