PTFE Lined Rubber Joints

PTFE-lined rubber joints are hollow rubber products used for flexible connections between metal pipes. The tubular rubber parts are composed of inner and outer rubber layers, cord layers, steel travelers and polyethylene PTFE, which are combined with metal flanges or parallel joint loose sleeves after vulcanization. This product can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and is widely used in various piping systems. The product is made by Xinyongxin company using a new process of air blowing die, which is composed of a composite sphere of inner rubber layer, reinforcing layer, middle rubber layer and outer rubber layer and loose sleeve forging low carbon steel flange, which has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, vibration and noise reduction, corrosion resistance, and easy installation. In addition, the product has good acid and alkali resistance, stable chemical state, which can greatly reduce the erosion influence of corrosive media on rubber joints. It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, compressors, papermaking, pharmaceutical, ships, water pumps, fans and other piping systems.
