Vacuum Rubber Joint

Negative pressure rubber joints are generally composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer (the reinforcement layer has multiple layers of squeegee nylon cord fabric), a medium rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, and a reinforced metal ring or steel wire loop at the end.A composite rubber pipe combined with a metal flange or a parallel joint loose sleeve. The negative pressure rubber joint makes use of the advantages of high elasticity, high gas resistance, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.

Vacuum rubber joint is usually composed of inner rubber layer,fabric reinforcement layer(reinforcement layer have multilayer frictioning nylon cord fabric),middle rubber layer,outer rubber layer,top reinforce metal ring or bead ring. After vulcanization and shaped up,then combination by metal flanges or parallel lap joint flanges.Vacuum rubber joint has taken the advantages of high-flexibility, high-gas tightness, resistance to medium and climate and radiation. It can reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline and compensate for the Thermal expansion and  cold contraction caused by temperature changed.
